1. What you are purchasing
You are purchasing premium digital content made available online through your EPIC PERSONA® account.
This content includes, in particular:
- an in-depth report of more than 30 pages;
- additional analyses relating to your Herotype;
- secondary and comparative elements not displayed at the free level;
- additional recommendations and interpretive guidance.
2. Price
The reference price is EUR 29, inclusive of all taxes.
Depending on your country or the payment interface, the amount may be displayed in another currency, on an equivalent basis, either tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive.
3. Access period
Your Premium report remains accessible for 5 years from the date of payment.
You also benefit from a 6-month retake window from the date of payment. This means that you may retake the test during the 6 months following successful payment, and you will be able to access the corresponding Premium report without paying again.
If you retake the test within that period, your Premium report will be updated and will replace the previous version. Once the 6-month period has expired, a new payment is required to obtain the full report for your new test.
4. Nature of the rights purchased
Your purchase grants you a right that is:
- personal;
- non-transferable;
- non-exclusive;
- linked to your account.
Under the current offering, you may not purchase this report on behalf of a third party.
5. Immediate access
The Premium report is provided immediately after payment, subject to the technical operation of the service.
6. Right of withdrawal
In principle, consumers benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However: the EPIC PERSONA® Premium report is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you request immediate access to the Premium report, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the applicable legal conditions are met.
In practice:
- you must provide your express consent to immediate performance;
- you must acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal;
- no refund will be provided if the Premium report has already been made available.
7. What is EPIC PERSONA® for?
EPIC PERSONA® provides information about how you make decisions and act, based on a proprietary method and algorithm.
The service is designed as an informational and reflective tool. It does not constitute an absolute truth, nor individualized medical, psychological, legal, or HR advice.
8. What you should not do with the report
The Premium report must not be used as the sole basis for:
- a hiring decision;
- an exclusion;
- a performance evaluation;
- a disciplinary sanction;
- a sensitive decision concerning a person.
9. Sharing
The free result may be shared.
The full Premium report, however, is personal and must not be shared without authorization.
10. Minors
Premium access is available only to persons with legal capacity to contract or, where required by applicable law, through their legal representative.
