Results & Deliverables

EPIC PERSONA® doesn’t give you a “profile” to display. It gives you an actionable reading. In under 10 minutes, you uncover what you protect first, what triggers your move into action, and what throws you off track under pressure—along with simple levers to act with more clarity (alone or with others).

How the assessment works

The assessment is built around short questions focused on dilemmas. Each time, you choose the option you feel most naturally comfortable with.

Each answer activates markers. These combine: an Epic Persona® result is not a single label—it’s a structured reading of:

  • what you protect first (line, framework, freedom, cohesion, etc.)
  • how you initiate action (decide, secure, connect, flag risks…)
  • your style under pressure (acceleration, over-validation, hardening, withdrawal…)

At the core of the result is a herotype: an operational function you tend to step into as the stakes rise.

  • Duration: ~10 minutes (varies with your pace)
  • Confidentiality: your answers are not resold and are not used for advertising purposes

What the assessment measures

EPIC PERSONA: 4 layers, 4 distinct functions

EPIC PERSONA doesn’t break a person down into “traits". It describes four distinct mechanisms with different roles, different activation moments, and different effects.

It aims to understand, for a given person:

  1. How they make tradeoffs
  2. How they act when reality resists
  3. How they make their actions legible to others
  4. How they sustain meaning over time

👉 A single measure cannot cover these four functions without losing information.

4) Your alliances

Easiest Herotypes with whom alignment is natural and smooth.

Neutral “Variable” relationships: everything depends on context, rules, and framing.

Most complex Alliances where tradeoff logics collide—and where explicit protocols are required.

For each alliance:

Cooperation affinities What aligns spontaneously and makes action easy.

Likely frictions What jams due to tradeoff mechanics (not morality or intent).

Recommended protocols Working rules that prevent friction from becoming interpersonal conflict.
