Background
For eighteen years, I led a range of organizations, including Wikimedia France ; at the heart of the Wikipedia ecosystem ; shaping their strategy.
I’ve also worked behind the scenes of power: public-interest lobbying for nonprofits, serving as a local elected official, and working as a parliamentary aide at the French National Assembly.
My foundation: strategic analysis of organizations (trained directly by Michel Crozier and Erhard Friedberg at the CSO at Sciences Po Paris), public affairs, and influence communications (University of Strasbourg).
In parallel, I explored the cultures of imagination by creating and leading two major events in the Paris region—“Les Rencontres de l’Imaginaire” and “Les Uchroniales”—bringing the public into contact with fantasy and science-fiction authors.
In 2020, while teaching storytelling to students in the “Influence and Advocacy” program I created at Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye, I ran into an obvious fact: traditional personality tests create boxes, not a story you can step into. Lockdown became an opportunity.
I designed EPIC PERSONA®, a narrative assessment of action logics.
In 2023, a severe stroke drew a sharp line: I chose to refocus on what truly energizes me. Everything else fell out of frame.
NARRATIVE EXPÉRIENCE® was born from that radical sorting: a school-lab where I help projects, places, and people become living narratives that inspire and influence.
“I work where the symbolic meets the concrete: every word, every space, every image can be transformed—moving stories, places, and people from shadow into light.”
